Lead QA engineer

Responsibilities

  • You will closely cooperate with project managers, developers and lead a team of QA engineers in order to ensure high quality of services and products;
  • You will develop and apply the testing strategy and optimize the testing processes;
  • You will perform manual and automated testing and complex functional integration tests;
  • You will ensure that each testing task of yours and your team is performed in compliance with all quality standards;
  • You will analyze the test results, identify errors, bugs and describe the problems found that need to be solved;
  • You will work on Salesforce test automation while improving the company's quality assurance services.

Position requirements

  • Has at least 2 years of experience in the field of quality assurance;
  • Has knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies, processes, tools and procedures;
  • Has experience with test automation tools, for example: Selenium or others;
  • Has experience in writing test scenarios (able to prepare clear, accurate and detailed descriptions);
  • Has knowledge of SQL and databases;
  • Quickly understands complex technical systems;
  • Has analytical thinking skills;
  • Is meticulous and attentive to details;
  • Has good communication skills;
  • Communicates well in English in both spoken and written form.

You will get

Working in this position you will receive 2200-3600 €/month (gross).
