Software Systems Tester

Together with more than 20 amazing team members, we develop ERP/CRM systems on the reliable Salesforce platform, enabling our clients to maximize business process automation, increase team efficiency and productivity, and focus on their core competencies.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Software Systems Tester to join our team in Vilnius and contribute to the successful development of the company.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Test various IT system solutions according to assigned tasks and project requirements, performing manual testing.
- Create and maintain test scenarios, test plans, and other related documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers and the development team to ensure that functionality and quality requirements are met.
- Identify defects, log them in bug tracking systems, and monitor their resolution progress.
- Contribute your knowledge and experience to improving testing processes and enhancing testing practices.
We expect you to have:
- At least 2 years of experience in software testing (manual QA).
- Ability to independently create test scenarios, test reports, and work according to assigned tasks.
- Experience testing business systems.
- Understanding of quality assurance processes and a willingness to actively contribute to their improvement within the team.
- Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.
We would consider it as an advantage if you have:
- Experience in automated testing.
- Salesforce experience.
We offer:
Monthly salary ranges from 3 300 to 4 000 gross (the exact salary depends on experience and competence).
