Systems Support Engineer

Together with over 20 amazing team members, we build ERP/CRM systems on the reliable Salesforce platform, enabling our clients to maximize business process automation, increase team efficiency and productivity, and focus on their core competencies.
As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a Systems Support Engineer to join our team in Vilnius. Position objective: to manage client requests, analyze incidents, coordinate their resolution with product, development, and project teams, and contribute to process improvement.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Independently administer and resolve complex customer requests related to system functionality, integrations, or technical incidents.
- Perform incident analysis, test system changes, and collaborate with internal teams (Product/Dev/Project).
- Communicate with clients, provide consultations and solution recommendations, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Actively contribute to improving the support process, as well as developing documentation and standards.
We expect you to have:
- 2+ years of experience working in an IT Support, Service Desk, Application Support, or Systems Analyst role.
- A higher education degree in IT or a related field.
- A strong understanding of how IT systems operate: integrations, incident identification, and root cause analysis.
- Ability to make independent decisions and coordinate work across different teams.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems would be an advantage.

We offer:
Monthly salary ranges from 2 650 to 3 200 EUR gross (the final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience and competencies).
