As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a Systems Support Engineer to join our team in Vilnius. Position objective: to manage client requests, analyze incidents, coordinate their resolution with product, development, and project teams, and contribute to process improvement.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Independently administer and resolve complex customer requests related to system functionality, integrations, or technical incidents.
  • Perform incident analysis, test system changes, and collaborate with internal teams (Product/Dev/Project).
  • Communicate with clients, provide consultations and solution recommendations, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Actively contribute to improving the support process, as well as developing documentation and standards.

We expect you to have:

  • 2+ years of experience working in an IT Support, Service Desk, Application Support, or Systems Analyst role.
  • A higher education degree in IT or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of how IT systems operate: integrations, incident identification, and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and coordinate work across different teams.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems would be an advantage.
