Digital transformation in these times of the fourth industrial revolution is essential for business success. The use of new digital technologies can provide a competitive advantage over other companies, increase productivity, save time and costs.
Digitization is a process that must take place continuously in companies. While this process brings benefits, it also brings challenges that not every business is ready to face.
What are the right solutions that help companies save money? What are the benefits and challenges of digitization? How to digitize successfully? Many managers have probably asked themselves these questions.
To answer all these questions, DreamCubator, together with the partner Salesforce, organized an event on November 17 about the digitalization of modern business, its benefits and challenges. The event took place in Vilnius, Radisson Blu hotel where innovative managers gathered and learned more about successful business digitization.
The guests enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and Vilnius panorama, shared their experiences, networked, discussed the perks and challenges of digitization. The event focused on the success stories of DreamCubator customers: how they managed to successfully transform digitally, what challenges they faced and what kind of business perks it brought to them.
Three DreamCubator clients shared their success stories – the air transport company Strike Aviation Group, the logistics company Terminality and Ideju Valda, the creators of the RiskPlanner complex risk management system.
Business Development Director at Strike Aviation Group, Andrius Antanaitis shared his experience and how the company increased team productivity with DreamCubator’s help. Tadas Abramavičius, CTO of logistics company Terminality, shared his extensive experience on business digitalization. Moreover, RiskPlannerPlanner founder Audrius Nekrošius gave useful tips on how to make better business decisions and manage financial risks with the RiskPlanner system.
Julija Varneckienė, Director of Operations at CapitalBox who participated in the event, shares successful digitization tips and what she took away after the event:
“Firstly, while working on CRM implementation, remember to work on process mapping and tuning. Partner can help you to set up, but you are the owner. Secondly, CRM implementation is not an IT project, but a business core. What starts from sales, very soon might turn to changes in service, marketing, collections, and partnership processes. Thirdly, don’t try to do it all at once, slice and go step by step. It is easier to go 100 steps one after another than to be able to make a jump of the same distance at once. And lastly, learn from all lessons, good and challenging.”
Another attendee, Sales Process expert Neringa Romanovskaja shares her insights:
“CRM systems are not easily chosen and easily mastered. The business both wants to digitize and feels the pressure to do so at the time, so the problem arises: which CRM, who is the installer? I think the DreamCubator event was a great success because it was an opportunity for business representatives to talk, educate, share success stories and “lessons learned”, and ask questions related to implementation risks. And this created a realistic, sincere and open atmosphere for the event. It was a pleasure to communicate with Salesforce Lithuania representatives and the DreamCubator team.”
We say thank you to everyone who participated and see you next time!
